Can't make out much more though.

Is that HDtune? You should be getting higher than that man. One raptor should be at that speed. What did you set the cache to when making the raid?

The stripe was set at 128k
I believe the raptor cache is 8mb.
I rebuilt the raid at 16k stripe and there's not a lot of difference
in the test.
Anyone help me with why this benchmark is on the low side?

Cheers,
Spot

I don't know what to tell ya man. The stripe size is good and it obviously see's both drives. I am unsure why your performance would be so low. Is there anything important on that Raid? I would format them and just test each individually. Then atleast you would see what kind of performance you are getting out of one to compare to the raid setup. Sorry I can't be much further help
