Well, for work I've got a new laptop. because of all those industrial programs not working under Vista, it had to be downgraded to XP.
anyways, the laptop is now a month old, and its decided to not shut down anymore. everytime when i shut down the computer, it hangs on the " windows is shutting down" screen. I have to hold te power button to turn the pc off then. the odd thing is, there isnt an error message or anything when i turn the laptop on the next time. so i'm wondering, does anyone have any idea what might be causing this?
