So part way through the installation of AVG I get this message:

<Some potentially incompatible software is currently installed on your computer. In order to continue the installation, please remove the following applications.

[ Scriplnoc Ul Class ]

Note: Removal of these applications is strongly recommended, especially to improve AVG performance and to avoid any unnecessary conflicts.
Click the uninstall software button to close setup and launch Add/Remove programs dialog. >

but when I do that this software is nowhere to be found. I've never heard of it.
I've searched on the internet as well and can't find anything on it. Should I just skip it, which is an onption on installation although not recommended. Or is this something bad that its somehow picking up that needs to be removed some how?

also it looks like Comodo is both a firewall and antivirus from what download.com describes and I guess Avast is both as well... i didn't realize that there was any conflictions when I had them running. maybe I had them configured right.. but with them being both I see now why they were such resource hogs. So I wonder what the best protection would.. Avast firewall and antivirus or comodo firewall & antivirus or AVG antivirus with comodo firewall only? (with strictly using the free versions of course)

So I had started AVG and go that point as stated above.. and also uninstalled comodo and now have reinstalled it.. it looks like a newer version as well.. and i selected the safe surf to be installed as well.. figured i try it out.. i haven't finished AVG.. would these two conflict... I'd like to check them all out.. I was also considering Avira... I wonder what would be best... any thoughts...

Also: I decided to continue the AVG install and choose the skip option but as i'm install my comodo alerts me about what AVG is doing and also a program called stub.exe which I looked up and there are websites siting this as something dangerous and to be removed.. and there were also a couple of sites that implied that some stub.exe's might be okay.. so freaked me out for a second there.. but I'm guessing that they these stubs are just apart of AVG? right... and not some virus program that has piggy backed onto AVG.. anyhow I'll wait to finish that install until I hear back .. thanks..

btw here's the latest hjt log:
