Gigabyte MA785GT-UD3H - good choice
I want to buy Gigabyte MA785GT-UD3H, but i read the comments, the MoBo is warm, does not hold tension, has a problem with the mode EES.It is true?

Seems like a good onboard video board. Its just a DDR3 copy of the GA MA785G UD3H. And it get pretty good reviews.
Unless you just need onboard video, I would get the GA MA770T UD3P or if you want Crossfire the GA MA790XT UD4P
