Default Few questions on new parts & rebuild.

Ok so basically my motherboard and power supply decided to say cya latah the other day, and i can't really be bothered to send them back on warranty and wait so i'm just gonna buy some new parts, here they be:

http://www.ebuyer.com/product/127584

http://www.ebuyer.com/product/160933

http://www.ebuyer.com/product/114945

I did have a Gigabyte EP43-DS3L, I know it's not much of an improvement but I can't afford or need much better, but i'm open to suggestions, I just can't spend any more than what that one's worth

The power supply that said cyah was a OCZ StealthXStream, i read reviews for the Corsair HX and they all seem good, plus the 12V+ rails are much higher than the OCZ, but is there anything better in the price range?

Also a question, Windows XP is still installed on the harddrive, when i get everything on the new motherboard, will it be able to boot into windows? If so, is it recommended or should I wipe the harddrive and do a fresh install or just reinstall Windows or what? Thankss

- Daz

P.S - I'm on a AMD 64 2.0GHz with 768mb right now, it's painful.

Why dont you send your parts to be fixed and then you can sell them? Then you can get new parts and more expensive if you want.
