Are you sure that the file that you are trying to delete is not being used by Windows. Windows will not allow a file in use to be deleted, for good reason.

I had the same thing on my compy. Start the computer in safe mode and delte them manually.

C:\WINDOWS\system32\wkrqihr.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\wkrqihraeg05.dll Ok. Start in safe mode, then open up the C drive, then look for a folder labeled WINDOWS. In that folder, there is another folder named system32. Inside that folder, look fo the files wkrquhr.exe and weqihraeg05.dll. The names should be in alphabetical order. Simply delete them. Then restart your computer.
