Default Random Power-Downs in Certain Games - Help

Okay, se when i play CoD4, GRID, and Crysis my pc will just power off by itself, like a hard crash, but no BSOD, no errors, and no crash log... just a warning that windows didn't shut down properly. I though it would be my overclocks, but i lowered everything to stock and it still crashed.

The strange thing is that this happens only in some games. L4D, CSS, Hitman Blood Money and Assassin's Creed are stable; GRID, Crysis, and CoD4 are not...

crysis causes the problem in ~10 minutes
GRID takes about ~30 minutes
CoD4 can last up to an hour

What is the problem?
