Default Can I add RCA hookups to this LCD screen?

Hi, I'm new to this forum because I couldn't find this information anywhere on the internet. My ultimate goal here is to make my PSone system totally portable for less money than it would cost to just go out and buy a compatible screen and battery. (Those would total around $75 on ebay.)

I have a cheap old portable DVD player (Model PD560 by Sungale) on hand which I have disassembled and removed the screen, which I hoped to somehow hook up to my console. The easiest way I thought I could accomplish this would be to add RCA input to it. It was connected to the motherboard on the DVD player via a white plug with 15 holes in one row. On the other side, going into the screen, are 15 wires in this order: black, red, black (x11), white, navy, black, and red. There are no other wires or cables coming out. After looking for some time online, I saw that this looked similar to the hookup for a laptop monitor, but I couldn't be sure because of blurry pictures.

This appears to be a somewhat standard A/V hookup, so is there a series of adapters and/or components I could buy to put RCA hookups on here for under or at least close to 20 bucks? Clipping the plug and soldering to the wires is also an option.

I have also tried to take the screen apart further to see what wires lead to what, But I don't have a small enough screwdriver.

Any help or suggestions would be great. Thanks.
