Is this 'OS envy' something that exists, or did you make it up in your nerd-cave in your parent's basement?
![]() I can't imagine any possible way for me to envy someone for something I already own. I have 4 legitimate Windows licenses: 2 Vista Home Premium licenses, 1 Vista Home Basic license and 1 XP Professional license. My wife runs XP on her Gateway netbook, I have an inactive Vista Home Premium partition on my laptop and our desktops have sat unused for months, both of which use the final two licenses. -mak EDIT: Holy cow! I just saw your post count vs. join date.. brother, you need to get out more! What is that.. 20 posts a day?!

![]() How would you know where we're from? Anyway, I simply stated that Ubuntu is a great basic OS and someone got defensive and thought I was bashing it, and decided to get personal.
