Default DDR2 Work on DDR3 MB?

I planning on upgrading my computer with this motherboard
http://www.tigerdirect.com/applicati...?EdpNo=4394541

It doesn't say anything about being compatible with DDR2 RAM which is what I have in my current computer right now.

Will DDR2 Ram work on this Motherboard?

no. and I don't think it boost the performance from 680i. you'd better get a new video card. I recommend 4870 1GB

DDR2 and DDR3 are physically incompatible. You'd have to break your DIMMs to put DDR2 into a DDR3 slot.
