Borrow a keyboard from a friend first to verify that your keyboard is bad. Either the keys are bad or you have something stuck under the key, whichi the key and be popped up and cleaned under it.

If borrowing a keyboard and everything works fine then you have a bad keyboard. And if you don't want to wait for shipping then go to your nearest electronics store and just buy a new one.

There is nothing to cause the Enter key not to work, so i think the problem is definitely with the hardware of your Keyboard. Try removing the Enter button and replace it again, maybe the spring under its button is stuck.
