Default Stuck on what to choose

I'm building a cheap LAN build and im stuck on choosing a mobo any help?

It has to be Micro ATX
Has to support 1066 RAM
Has to be 775 Socket

Also im still thinking on whether to go with Intel for this? Im thinking of AMD if i should go to AMD say but you have to say which CPU and Motherboard and it..

because in your OP you said it has to be LGA 775, but also that you would consider AMD.

Yer exactly i dont mind either to be honest If it was going with Intel id prefer it to be the 775 socket but if i wnet with AMD id prefer AM2+
