no internet after hibernating
im running win XP sp2. sometimes after hibernating my computer there is no internet connection. when i had a look of My Network Places --> properties i could see that LAN is in Disabled state. but when i try to connect it it says "connection failed!". and even if i power off my router and power on again it is not reconnecting automatically and i cannot manuallt reconnect either.
And the other thing is when that happens when i try to shutdown my computer it hangs up in the "Windows is Shutting down" screen and i have to manually power off. i have installed VMWare and there are two other network adapters installed by VMWare. please help me this is really annoying me!!
