seems like a good idea, but isnt a gts250 a bit overkill for a dedicated physx card?

imo, not enough games support physx right now for that card to be worth it. it would be pretty cool if they an older card on it to make it cheaper though :/

idk my regular gtx275 has no problems pumping games with physx, batman arkam asylum ran very smooth maxed in 1080p, with physx on... i dont have a dedicated physx card... seems pointless at this point in time

Kinda what I was thinking...my GTX 260 played Batman maxed 1680 x 1050 smooth as silk. Looked amazing actually

The only real market I could see is a person looking for a single slot card to play great looking games for about the next 18 months.

And the power supply requirements...give me a break

Yeah, I can see it coming. XFX started selling ATI GPUs just at the right time. When I heard XFX was going to get a ATI contract for GPUs I had a weird feeling something was going on. Plus the fact that Nvidia was pulling out of chipsets too.

HMMMM Looks interesting, look at the price though....I'd rather get GTX 260 and 9800GT, don't ask me why.... Ohh I know why, looks cooler to have two graphics cards

Well, that's.... even less than what I was expecting... I really want nvidia to come out with some actually new cards. I need a folding powerhouse.

makes me sad to have a GTS 250 as my main graphics card

but I'm satisfied as I can play oblivion and burnout at max settings
