I mean I only OC'ed the E5200 to 3GHz so I don't need the cooler to perform top of the line. I just need a cooler with SCREWS and one that can do a little better job than stock.

Have a look at the Gladiator max 120mm , there's a couple going for 25 GBP
I just brought one for my 720.
Only thing is it has the pins for Intel boards.

Small fans normally howl a lot more than their 120mm bigger brothers , besides shipping on that cooler is 14 GBP.

Here's a cheaper one OCZ Vendetta 2 120 mm fan ,,,,, 24.60 GBP inc postage.

or the OCZ Vendetta 92mm fan 19.50 GBP inc postage.

I realized I don't need the backplat thingy. I now know how to install the push in things properly. I just want something that would do better job then Intel Stock, I was looking at Zalmans.

For the price, that is the best cooler out there.

Dont skimp on a power supply,if it fails, it usually takes out other components alongside it.

Zalman makes good ones.... I have the 9700 and got it for about 40 bucks from provantage.com....Its a really good cooler and its all copper which conducts heat better than some of the other heatsinks on the market.
