Windows 7 – Is it worth it?
Everybody know that Microsoft just released Windows 7 to the public on October 22. I was always distrustful Vista and therefore stuck with XP Pro, and I might add I'm quite happy with it. What I want to know is, what improvements does Windows 7 have over XP Pro, or what abilities does it have that are better, or what sorts different things do you have to get used to? I've heard that Windows 7 is supposed to be Microsoft's most Mac-like OS yet; which, to be honest, I don't really care that much about, if I would be able to get used to it. I'm the sort of person who is always cautious about the “latest and greatest,” which in this case happens to be Microsoft's latest OS, which probably doesn't have all the bugs ironed out; but I'm just looking for “the word on the street” about this. Thanks in advance.
