Default IP clash - but there are no other pcs with that IP!

Ok we have 2 computers.* One uses microsoft acces to view a spreadsheet on the other.* The pc the spreadsheet is on is connected wirelessly to the internet and to the other computer via ethernet cable the Ip of which is 192.168.2.1.* HOWEVER itis constantly 'aquiring network address' despite the fact me knowing only 2 computers are connected one using .2.4 and the other .2.2, but still itis aquiring network address and telling me there's an IP clash.WTF.

Have you checked the IP address range the DHCP is dishing out does not include the IP address of the wireless router? Also check your wireless router , it should tell you what IP addresses have been allocated and to which MAC addresses.
