Default syntax error in my registry

Hello everyone,

I do not know if someone on this forum can help me with this problem, or maybe some knows of a website I can go to. I downloaded and re-installed xampp 1.6.4 onto my laptop for PHP after a nasty infection with a virus. Before the reinstallation, the xampp was working great for my PHP coding, now I am getting a syntax error on windows start up centered around the browscap.ini file. The actual error message is:

syntax error, unexpected ']' in c:xampp\php\browscap.ini on line 297

Have anyone seen this, and do you know how to fix it? There's not a ] on this line of code.

Your help or direction is appreciated!

Thanks,

Stevecaz
