Default Need a bit of help.

I installed windows 7 and it would switch between picking up 4gigs and 6gigs.
I ran the windows memory test and it found errors.
So I put the spare 6 gigs in and it would only pick up 4gigs, then 3gigs, and 2gigs.
I put the memory in another pc and it picked it all up every time.
I ran memtest and got no errors of either set of memory.
Now could this be an issue with the motherboard, cpu, or something else.
I'm thinking board.
Thanks
-Pies
