Default Scheduling Software?

Does anyone know of any software that can keep my job schedule and keep it all in record so I can see my past schedule?

If you have a smart phone with apps you can download the google app which will allow you to sync your calendar from your phone to multiple computers. That way you are always up to date and you can sync over google's cloud computing as well.
