Hey, I am looking at getting a new PC. I mainly want it for web surfing / online games and some video editing. As well as general purpose use.

I am not sure if the folowing is ok, or too much?

so are these over the top?

I want something that will last a while and doesnt lag very much, as i have multiple web browsers open at once, and dozens of tabs, so my current 2gb mem, 2.3ghz duel core pc is kind of slow now.
