Alright guys, so I know how to overclock and I know what everything means in the BIOS and all that fun stuff but with me being so protective over my computer I really want to know what you guys think I should have my settings set at to overclock not only my CPU but my GPU.
Here are my Specs... MB - Gigabyte EP45-UD3R Bios - Award Modular BIOS v6.00PG CPU - Intel Core2 Quad CPU Q6600 2.4GHz RAM -CORSAIR 4GB (2 x 2GB) DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) RAM -G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) DDR2 1066 (PC2 8500) - Yes I do know I am running at two different types of ram. GPU - EVGA NVIDIA GeForce GTX 275 PSU - CORSAIR CMPSU-650TX 650W ATX12V Here are also the links to everything just so you can look at the detailed specs. You are all set for overclocking! Just go into your bios and change the stuff.
but remember this: higher FSB will not hurt your CPU, but higher voltages will! never set the voltage too high! it should also be at least 4-6 hours Prime95 stable (for CPU, get memtest86 for memory)

There isnt any point in asking others what to set it to because it could be different for you. Room temperature, Case temperature CPU temperature etc etc You need to find your own clocks for your ownself, Maybe you should do some more research on overclocking.

Well, too start off with I'd do a small Oc like 400mhz. This shouldnt require a voltage increase and the temps should be fine. I'd recomend buying a heatsink (Coolermaster v8 is great) if you want to Oc alot further. As for the Mobo, its a good Ocer so you shouldnt need to upgrade
