Okay, so far, I have these ideas.

Carbon fiber film on the inside.
(Possible fan on the top with fan grill? What tools would I need for that?)

Cool, cool. The fan should intake or exhaust? I was thinking intake so it could cool memory and then be exhausted through PSU.

Exhaust if at the top, hot air rises so no sense pushing it back down.

Wrong but common mistake. Hot air doesent rise it goes to where ever its cold, Which sometimes is mostly upwards but it could also be directed to another place.

Um, I thought heat rose because of the rapid activity and cold sunk because it's near dormant? Either way, I don't think an exhaust would cool anything except the optical drive.

Okay, so here's what I've thought of.
http://bit.ly/65ZRuA Okay, imagine the front bezel, only white (it was like that stock)

Now on the front, there's this sort of cross patern going on. I want to extend that cross along the top and the right side of the case using white/metallic spray paint (w/e looks better)

On the top, I'm going to be drilling a circle for a 120mm CM R4 and put one of these grilles over it: http://www.mnpctech.com/Computer_Fan...an_Grills.html and spray paint the grille white.

The inside, I will paint black. Sorry, I just don't think the carbon fiber will really work, as there isn't too much to cover with it.

On the inside, I will spray paint the tool-less drive bay adapter things white or metallic as well as the container for the 80mm fan.

On the window, there was another 80mm fan, but that had to be removed for the heatsink. I want to put an 80mm fan grille over that just for looks, but spray paint the grille white.
