Dont get a coolermaster V8, either get a TRUE or Megahalems(Jab-tech and sidewindercomputers both sell either of them, however the Megahalems is currently the best air cooler on the market)

Id go with this memory, mushkin is one of the best memory manufacturers on the market whilst ocz isnt that great imo:

And this board has better overclocking potential as long as you arent planning on going tri SLI, and overall just a better board IMO(and cheaper as well):

As far as operating system...just get windows 7 home premium, no need for ultimate. All you get with ultimate is XP mode and bitlocker pretty much.
