Exclamation scratchy sound

my speakers work fine 99% of the time, playing games watching movies and such, but when i get online and there is sound, like music from myspace and streaming movies i get a scratchy sound but not all the time just when i try to do something in addition. like if i have my myspace playlist going and try and browse around it makes the noise anytime i scroll. its also not like my cpu is maxed out or anything like that. its a realtek hd audio and built in speakers on my alienware m9750 notebook

Try reinstalling your browser or getting a new one if that doesn't work I think it may have something to do with a codec that is installed on the computer maybe
