I have been happily running Vista Home Basic on and HP Compaq laptop and decided to upgrade to windows 7 Professional. When I came to install Office 2007 on the laptop which has 120gig hard drive I discovered that I only had 324mb of space left. Can't understand why this has happened because it wasn't a problem on Vista. Looking at programs there are 2 installs and I did have a bit of a problem on the installation. Also, when restoring the files from an external hard disk it did ask if I wanted to replace files with previous ones, as I wasn't sure I told it to keep both copies, could this have caused the problem.
Do I have to do a completely new install or does anyone have any ideas how to recover the lost storage. Many thanks in advance for any tips. |
