Default Need advice/experience OCing my parts.

I am just looking for some people that have OCed this particular CPU/MoBo. What were your numbers? Was it easy OCing it? This will be my first time so any advice? I have read the 101 for it but im still a little edgy about it

MoBo:EVGA 123-YW-E175-A1
CPU: Intel Core 2 Quad Q9550 Yorkfield 2.83GHz
CPU Cooler:TT120
RAM:OCZ Reaper HPC Edition 4GB

Any other advice would be helpful. My whole rig is in my sig, and if it makes a dif my room temp varies from between (55f-75f) If i leave my window open it gets to 55f or less, if its closed and its been sunny it gets warm in here.
