Error Message

Sorry if this isn"t the right place to post but, i"m trying to register a file. dx7vb.dll. So, i went to "run" and typed in regsvr32 dx7vb.dll but this popped up.(check attachtchment). And i was wondering what i could do to get this to register, t's for a computer game. Thanks.

this is all new to me but it seems this file does not exist in vista, not sure if thats true
