Hello,
I have a couple of models of 6200 that I am looking at for my old Dell. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814133236 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814139043 The main difference is the memory, the first with 256 MB and the other with 512 MB. I would normally go ahead and grab the 512 MB card but some people have said that this card isn't equipped to handle that much memory -- because of its 64-bit interface -- and as a result it will perform poorer than with 256 MB. Is this a valid concern? Thanks. |

For the price difference I would just get the 256MB. The 512 wont be slower, its just the chips not really fast enough to access that much memory and be beneficial to the cards performance.
