Just as I've gotten all the money and I'm wrapping up everything down to the last piece of hardware I realized something. I've picked out the case, the monitor, the keyboard, the mouse, the cpu, the mobo, the ram, the HD, the VGC, the PSU, the OS, and the Security. But wait....how am I going to install the drives and the OS? I have an external USB ROM that is all i want, but the drivers for it are on disc.
Will I be able to plug it in and it get picked up automatically or will I have to purchase at least a cheap disc reader to install everything? If so, can a OEM reader work or will I have to purchased a retail reader? Also if the HD is OEM will I need to purchase SATA cables? Please can someone answer these questions for me?
