Yah, grab your Win 7 and change boot device to your CD drive and insert and you're good!

??

Do you have a hard drive? If you do, is the power connected. If so, is the SATA data wire plugged securely into the mobo?

Also, the BOOTMGR isn't in BIOS if that's where you're looking, it's at the point where you press "insert button here" to go to BIOS.

SATA Master, correct? Don't want a slave drive.

And if it's detecting master, then change boot device and go.

Naw, I'd keep that the way it is.

There should be some part of BIOS (you have a blue screen, right) that says something like peripherals. If you go into there, you may find a list of drives. It could be something like this:
(it may say IDE, it doesn't mean you have IDE connections, it's just something weird)

IDE Drive 1 Master [Not Inhabited]
IDE Drive 1 Slave [Not Inhabited]
IDE Drive 2 Master [SATA WD 1TB]
IDE Drive 2 Slave [Not Inhabited]

Now you want yours to be one of the Masters, not slave. If it's slave, just try plugging the SATA data wire into other ports on the motherboard.
