If You Have Tendonitis or Carpal Tunnel Take a Look at This
I have tendonitis in my right and left wrists. Take a look at these stretches. They can really help if you have Carpal Tunnel Syndrome or tendonitis.

I just checked the video. It is working fine for me.
The stretches in this video really help my wrists.

Too bad there isn't a whole lot of stretching you knees...I'll just twist it sideways *snap* oh shit! lol. Apparently I've had tendonites in my right knee for around three years....
