CPU-Z might be the best for you.

Just download this .ZIP and run CPU-Z and it'll tell you everything you need to know.

When you right click Computer and proporties, you get some information, but you really need additional software like CPU-Z or PC Wizard to really say what your computer is.

well on CPU-z, the first page what is the icon (Intel or AMD) and the name of the processor, next to "name"

Next on mainbord what is the manufacturer and model?

On Memory, what Is the Type and what is the Size, what is the DRAM frequency?

On Graphics, what is the name?

That will tell you your CPU, motherboard, memory and graphics card. If you want to find your hard drive spec too, go to start>computer, right click your C drive and click properties, click hardware and it lists all storage devices in your system, it should be fairly obvious what is what

In any way imaginable? I'm pretty sure you can't find anything the Pentium D would do better than the Q8200.
