Wow if I got a surprise like that from my Girl , I would be stoked.

Iīd go for the 5770. It would compliment that machine. Itīs powerfull enough, draws very little power when itīs idle , and itīs going to be future proof for a while. If you canīt find that one, have a look at the 5750.

Get a 4850/ 4770/ 5750 with native HDMI port.
To be honest, it is waste of money to get such a powerful machine for paperwork...

those are good cards. I just can't bring myself to recommend a 57xx card, "i am disapoint" in 57xx benchmarking. They are DX11 for what its worth.

# Radeon HD4870 1GB
# Geforce GTX 260-216 896MB
# Radeon HD5770 1GB
# Radeon HD4870 512MB
# Geforce GTX 260 896MB
# Radeon HD3870X2 1GB
# Radeon HD5750 1GB
# Geforce GTS 250 1GB
# Radeon HD4850 1GB
Radeon HD4770 512MB
This is a portion of a graphics card performance comparison.
The 5770 outdoes the 4870 512mb at much lower power consumption , less heat. Even the 5750 is sitting in a sweet spot there.

yah the 4870 1gb seems to be the best price point per performance on the market

Have a look at the XFX version. 6 dollars more with a lifetime warranty and free shipping.

The 4870 is a beautiful card , but bigger dye , runs hotter , uses a lot more power. I don't think your going to see any real world difference.

Thermal paste , something like Arctic silver 5 or MX2.
Maybe some fans. I'm not sure if that case comes with front intake fans. have a look at some Scythe Gentle typhoons. I have three . They are wisper quiet and push a lot of air.

Depends what Mother board you have. Some have integrated graphics which come in handy if you have to return your faulty graphics card.
