Default New Monitor suggestions

Hey guys.
With my birthday approaching i was thinking about getting a new monitor, and I need suggestions. From the research i have done and the experience with monitors that i have, i want one with the following:

-23"-24" screen
-widescreen, pref 16:9
-1900x1200 resolution
-not a TN screen

suggestions?
Dont worry about price, the main thing I'm trying to gauge here is how much its gonna cost.

Samsung, Asus, Acer, and HP all make great monitors. I personally love my Samsung!! Are you looking for specifically 1920x1200?

I guess that Acer is the 23" version of my new Acer H213h. One note on that one... The first one I got, the right menu "button" (touch, whatever) would not work. I just got my second one today and it functions well. However, if you could find a similarly spec'ed monitor for the same price with regular buttons, I'd go for it first

Nice! thanks guys, those are a lot more affordable than what i was expecting. The monitor that my friend has that made me want a monster monitor was some dell 24" monitor that was like $600. this is much better, and then I don't have to deal with a dell monitor!

and I was hoping for 1900x1200, but if I can't get one without spending a lot more money, 1900x1080 is great too (MUCH better than my current 1280x1024). Are there any good 1900/1200 monitors for about the same price (or maybe just a bit more)?

hmm...i just realized that all of those monitors are TN technology, which I have been told to avoid like the plague. Where can I look for non-TN monitors only?
