Constant NSIS Installation errors???

OS: Vista 32 bit sp2
HP Pavilion DV6407nr Laptop

So I am getting a lot of NSIS errors lately, saying my installation files are corrupt. It started with my desktop pc when I tried downloading a TOMTOM Home Program from their website. That was the first one I got and I even tried every alternate download possible and they all were corrupt.
At this point I emailed TOMTOM and told them this. I got a generic email back saying they have had a lot of issues recently and it will take some time. I'm thinking the issue is with TOMTOM and I didnt even think to look into it more. I even tryed dl'ing on my laptop but it said it was corrupt again.
So today I tryed downloading an update for Daemon tools Lite. Again corrupt. This is on my laptop at this point. At this point im starting to think something is up because when I went to dl combofix again another corruption.
Is this a problem with my router or even ISP? I'm running virus scans now and will see if I can get a hijackthis log posted.
