Arrow Computer problem, please help!!

First of all, Sorry for my bad english.

So I have very old PC.

Mainboard - Spacewalker , or something like that.
Ram - I have 2GB of ram, but only half are working. It is because my mainboard doesn't read other side of RAM plate i think.
CPU - AMD 2000+, or something like that.
Video card - GeForce 6200 256MB 64-Bit.
Hard Drive - Western Digital [WD] 40GB.
CD-RW drive.
Sound - Sound Blaster Live.
Internet card - I don't know.

The beggining of the problem:
I was playing Live For Speed [ It's a game ] And it was running without any problems, on 60 fps. Then computer shut down without any signs. I thout it was electricity problem, but monitor was still turned on.
Later i tried to turn on the computer but i won't turn on. It's like he doesn't get electricity. Well i took off allmost every part of the computer and cleared out from dust and trash. Then i put everything in and it's still the same. Computer lights blinks for a second, cooler starts to spin and everything is over in about in half of second.

I don't know what to do...
Can anyone say what happend?

PLEASE HELP!!
