Default Playing Composite Video Full-Screen

Hi again, I am having trouble finding a program that can show my composite video(laserdisc player) without any bars on the top/bottom and sides of the screen. I have a Hauppauge 2250 card with a remote but can not figure out how to get it to tune in Windows Media Center(which I know could do a true full-screen view) although I know it can be done. It claims I set it up but I still don't know where to go to switch to composite from my normal cable channels. I have set it up in WinTV 7.2 from Hauppauge but the crappy program doesn't recognize wide-screen movies for some reason and shows black bars on the top and bottom. I have a 22 inch screen and this is the best way I can figure out how to play it, which sucks because it decreases the video to around 14 inches(I measured). Anyways setup on WMC would be ideal but I am willing to try any other programs too, even windows zoom programs(but those don't seem to be working for me either so far). Any help would be appreciated! I want to see these laserdiscs in full wide-screen!
