monitor wont turn on
I have 2 sticks of memory (each 512mb), my brother upgraded his and gave me his old memory stick (also 512mb) and now my computer starts up, however the monitor wont turn on (light stays orange), it powers up, works on my other computer so I know it's not the monitor.
I removed the ram he gave me and still not working, the computer doesnt beep or anything, and I have no idea why all of a sudden now it's not working. The LED light is on, fans work, no beeping, everything seems fine other than my monitor won't kick in. I did not touch the video card or any settings, all i did was insert another stick of ram, monitor didnt turn on, removed the ram, and still nothing. I did remove my previous ram sticks one by one, then reinserted, reinserted my video card as well, no idea what to do now..... |
