Default WIN XP SP/2 Activation

I dont know if any of you have had this problem, but i hate it how windows xp home or pro with service pack 2 requires activation, i have a legit copy of windows, but i had so many problems with my computer that i had to reinstall it alot, and after so many uses (im guessing around 10), you can use that CD-Key anymore. Have any of you had this problem? and if so, what did you do about it?

My hard drive was wiped a couple times, XP reinstalled with the same key, i usually called the hotline, entered the key, and when they said there was a problem and hooked me up with someone in Uzbekistan and they asked if and why I was going to reinstall it for the second time, I just said my HD was wiped and they allowed me to activate it.

if i included all my games, then i would have to give them the CD's too, cause most of them require them to work.
