I just got a wireless mini pci card for my laptop and i cant find the wiring diagram to find out were the wires go from the card onto the motherboard. right now it is just clipped in and it says it is working properly but the wires arent hooked up does anyone know how to hook up a broadcom mini pci card on a hp ze4500 laptop.

I could be completely wrong here, but isn't a mini-pci card, just a 2x4in. card that you slide into the side of your laptop? In which case there is no wiring to be done, just slip it in, and it'll be your new hardware.

there should be 2 wires. a black and a white one. just slide the card in and try the 2 different combinations. theres an aux and a main connection right? yeah i suggest you just try the 2 different combinations.
and its a mini pci card which means it goes into the computer on the mobo. what you are thinking of is a pcmcia card that slides into the side of the computer. |
