Good site for definitions.

I'm looking to get a digital camera, but I have no idea what all the shit means (digital zoom, optical zoom etc.) so I was wondering if anyone out there knows a good site for explaining these terms. Or even if someone knows of a decent camera for less than $300AU.

I've already Googled it, but got crap.
