NORTON SUCKS! I would imagine it is a problem with norton if your both having the problem.
They way i see it you have 3 options:
1:Just dont install norton. Boot into safe mode F8 at startup and remove norton.
2:Use a router which is always connected to the internet, thus taking the SBC software from your computer...
3:Use the winxp software for connecting to the internet (you dont really need to use SBC crap software).. Email me if you need specific instructions for any of this
