Virtually Indestructible Keyboard

I just got an Indestructible Keyboard model: Flx-2000 but It doesn't seem to work when I plug it in what could be the cause of this problem other than a driver issue. If It is broken so much for Indestructible huh

So the computer doesn't recognize it? What interface does it have, USB or PS/2?

I can use it as a usb or ps/2. When I plug it into the usb the computer recognizes it and adds it as a human interface device, but still when I type on it nothing happens
