Best GBA Emulator

Of course it's illegal to post stuff about ROMS!!!!!

But com'on, were talking about emulators here, not ROMS. And so, what would be the best (FREE) GBA emulator, and why?

P.S. I already own a GBA system, but I think emulators are more worthwhile as try-before-you-buy sort of thing. But enough, no ROM talks, give me emulator info... plz...

While it may not be illegal ... funky thing about how i worded the rules is that i get to make the final decision about anything
