when ever the pc boots up to the desktop i have to manually pressthe num lock to enable it. it is a keyboard from another pc but i thought you dont need drivers for keyboards. kind of annoying.

look for a setting in bios

power up on keyboard or something like keyboard brings computer back from suspend.

there may be a setting saying something like Boot Up Numlock Status in one of your bios options
