Well heres another odd one guys, I have several newer laptop processors(dual core) laying about and would like to build a few lower end desktop gaming rigs. I cannot get hold of anyone who has done this or even knows where to get a motherboard with a Pci-e slot or full size memory. From what i understand it used to be fairly common with the P4-M for overclocking purposes. I would think the dual core laptop proc. has way more overhead for overclocking than the average desktop dual core making it an ideal candidate for a low end gaming rig... Any experience with this or information would be great. Plans at this point are to pair them with 9600gt's and 4670's from old CF and SLI setups.
PS: the processors are T5800,T2600(two of these), and a T9300. All of wich came about by upgrades for customers.

I literally just gave my buddy an old T5600 cause he was repairing his Toshiba Satellite..but I dont see how you would use a laptop processor in a desktop.
different pins, different shape...not to mention laptop processors are much smaller then a desktop processor!
