Trebuchet MS I think, if my computer is set up the same as your, which in terms of fonts, it probably is.

you can find out, goto desktop > right click > press properties > goto apperance > click advanced > This will show you a layout of all the types of windows you will come across. Just click on and of the menus and you will see the form updates to show you what font is being used, and you can change it if you like

well..i changed the font to tebuchet ms but it isn't the same one, becuase it doesn't look like it... Any other guesses?

I think it's Microsoft Sans Serif, but very similar fonts to that are Verdana and Tahoma too.

right, well i've managed to find out that the heading part "MSN MEssenger" IS infact Trebuchet MS, but the menu tooldbar isn't.... I really want that font..it looks soo cool
