Default Steering wheels

Hey guys, i was thinking of buying a steering wheel. I was hoping to find something around 50$. So what can you suggest?
I can see some have this Feedback thing, what is it all about?

is that a steering whell for a pc, beucase you could find one for a PS2 etc and buy an adapter for your pc

make sure you look at the PS2, Xbox etc steering wheels beucase you might find a good one, and you can buy adapters off of ebay, amazon etc

i have a simple Microsoft Wheel, works great (no force feedback though), only costs me about $30 at circuit city a few years ago... when i used to play midtown madness 2.

I think thats when it have pushes back abd forth and stuff so its harder to control, I have one fro 50$ from like 4-5 years ago, so you should eayily be able to find it now too, I used to also to play midtown madess 2.

Feedback is when the wheel or joystick vibrates, like when you hit a wall, building, car, etc, it makes it feel more realistic. But it doesn't make it harder to control.
