Default SATA controller card question?

I was just wondering if I could add PCI SATA controller card to my current system without causing it get confused or Spaz out. My current Mobo (listed below) can only support two SATA connections that are currently being used by my Raptors in a raid 0. I have two other SATA drives that I would like to hook up yet. I was just wondering if hooking up a SATA controller card would override the on board SATA controller or not.

Anyone know?

It wont override. You'll be fine. You might have to install controller drivers but that's nothing fancy
